El evento más relevante de la música británica, Brit Awards 2015, se celebrará el próximo 25 de febrero en el pabellón O2 Arena.

El cantante de “soul” británico Sam Smith lidera las nominaciones al ser finalista en cinco categorías, los cuales fueron anunciados este 15 de enero.

En la categoría femenina competirán Ella Henderson, FKA Twigs, Jessie Ware, Lily Allen y Paloma Faith, mientras que las cinco bandas británicas nominadas a los premios son Alt-J, Clean Bandit, Coldplay, One Direction y Royal Blood.

Al mejor álbum del año optan Alt-J con “This Is All Yours”, Ed Sheeran con “X”, Ezra con “Wanted On Voyage”, Royal Blood con su álbum homónimo y Smith con “In The Lonely Hour”.
