La ceremonia de las 69 edición de los Premios Primetime Emmy se celebró en el Microsoft Theater de Los Angeles, California (Estados Unidos), tras anunciarse la el pasado 13 de julio. El comediante fue el anfitrión de la gala, que en fue transmitida en vivo por CBS.
